Mom again

The Memorial in Oklahoma City was very somber. It is beautifully done, and Patrick will post the pics later tonight. The biggest problem so far has been the stupid GPS as she wants to take us on the northern route to Reno. She is always "recalculating". Glad that we have the old reliable paper maps! Right now we are about 10 miles from Texas. We are out in the middle of nowhere! The goal is Amarillo tonight, and our eta is 10:30 (11:30 your time). We haven't seen a car in a long time - just 18 wheelers. We finished our book, and were both disappointed in the ending. It is a very clear night - LOTS of stars in the sky. Just crossed over into Texas. Better sign off and keep Patrick awake.
