We are road warriors! Its been a long long long trip and it only got longer today. We made it almost all the way through California without any problems. Saw some cool stuff orange groves, grape vines, pear groves, even huge cattle stockyards. Some of the best was the massive wind farms that had to have had a couple thousand windmills. there are a couple pictures that you can see with us approaching the farms. There was a cool looking rainbow, then we got to the mountains and you can see in the pictures that the weather wasnt too bad while i was taking them. It then came to bumper to bumper traffic with turrible icy snowy conditions to the point where mom and I paid to have chains put on the front tires of the car or else we would have never made it. We should have gotten to Reno at 550 and we didnt get here til almost 1100. It actually got to the point on the mountains that we pulled to the side of the road because we couldnt see through the iced windshield and frozen wiperblades, that while i got out of the car to clean the car off mom had to relieve herself in an Starbucks cup..... This was also the same stop that I lost my phone, which needless to say is not a very fun situation. We are safe and sound now though in Reno, The Biggest Little City In The World and tomorrow we now have to get my apartment taken care of as well as getting a new cellphone for me.
Thats all for now. We need to relax as soon as I get the new phone I will let you all know.
