The girls headed out to The Burren today - quite a desolate area. We visited The Smokehouse and had some delicious salmon, The Perfumery which makes soaps, lotions, shampoos, conditioners and balms. The Perfumery also has a Tea Room where we had some lunch - quite delicious. The trip out to the Burren was unbelievable - the road was barely one lane wide, and you had to go off road if a car was coming towards you.
We met the boys at The Cliffs of Moher this afternoon, and it is an incredible site to see. The pictures just do not do it justice. It was so windy and rainy, and we had a great time except for Mom having a panic attack when the rest of the family decided to go take pictures on the edge of the cliffs. They all thought it was funny while I was crying and pleading with them to stop.
Blake and I are getting more comfortable driving - still can't believe the roads here!
